Everything is brilliant

The products are great but I think you should review the delivery times, it says 1-3 working days but can take longer which I can appreciate, I've not received an email from royal mail to say they've received the parcel, ordered on the 24th. Please don't think I'm complaining just making a suggestion. Thank you.
